Thrive & Bloom: Food for Thought- 29th October 2-3pm
In this session, Psychotherapist Kate Holden will explore how the messages we receive about food in childhood can continue to shape our relationship with eating as adults, and how our emotional state can influence what, when and why we eat.
Drawing on examples from her work, alongside group discussion and an experiential exercise, Kate will help you recognise patterns in your relationship with food, understand where they may come from, and consider practical ways to develop a healthier and more supportive approach to eating.
Thrive & Bloom is a non-commercial community project inspired by the beauty and calm of our nursery. Our aim is to combine this serene setting with the knowledge of local wellness and environmental experts to support health and wellbeing across the community.
There is no charge to attend, and free tea and coffee will be served. Spaces are limited, so please book early to secure your place. If you need to cancel, please let us know so someone else can enjoy the session. Our talks are informal, welcoming, and held in a space built on trust, privacy, and confidentiality, offering practical advice, gentle support, and a moment of calm in the busyness of modern life.
