We are delighted to welcome Honey & Co. to the Rutland Nursery Author Series for a special evening celebrating their new cookbook Honey & Co. Daily, where guests will enjoy an engaging interview and live demo with our in-house host Chris Young, offering a behind-the-scenes insight into Honey & Co.’s kitchens, cookbooks and restaurants, the inspiration behind their recipes, and plenty of stories, practical tips, and ideas to bring more joyful everyday cooking into the home. Rutland Nursery are delighted to be one of the fabulous destinations on their incredible book tour that started this month.
Honey & Co. - Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer are award-winning restaurateurs and authors of several acclaimed cookbooks, including their debut Honey & Co. Food From The Middle East which was named Cookbook of the Year by The Sunday Times, Food & Drink Cookery Book of The Year by Fortnum & Mason and won The Guild of Food Writer’s Award Winner for Best First Book. Their first Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant, Honey & Co. opened in 2012 and their ever-evolving family of restaurants in Central London now also includes bakery Honey & Co. Daily, Honey & Co. Studio, part deli, part gallery and creative event space, and the newly launched Honey & Co. Great Portland, a deli by day and a wine bar by night. The couple also host a podcast, Honey & Co: The Food Sessions, interviewing influential guests from the food and drink industry. They have a recipe column in the FT Weekend magazine and regularly contribute to Guardian Feast as well as other publications. Honey & Co. Daily is their fifth cookbook. @honeyandco

Daily, is a celebration of everyday cooking at its most generous and joyful, with over 100 recipes inspired by the café menu -simple, seasonal food designed to bring pleasure to daily life, from vibrant salads and comforting one-pan dinners to quick bakes and sweet treats.
