Thrive & Bloom - Honouring Your Energy: A Gentle Introduction to Human Design - 24th September 2-3pm

Emma Spradbury, a qualified HR professional with over 25 years’ experience in people, culture, and organisational development, leads this calm and accessible introduction to Human Design as a tool for self-awareness, connection, and wellbeing.

In this session, participants will explore how understanding their natural energy patterns can support healthier decision-making, reduce self-criticism, and encourage self-compassion. Emma gently guides reflection on how everyday pressures can override our natural rhythms, and how noticing what energises or drains us can help us respond rather than react.

This one-hour session offers a supportive space to appreciate difference as strength, alignment as personal, and self-understanding as a foundation for wellbeing—inviting participants to treat themselves with greater kindness, clarity, and awareness.

There is no charge to attend this talk, and free tea and coffee will be served. Spaces are limited, so please do book early. If you wish to cancel your place, please let us know so it can be filled by someone else. Thank you for your understanding.

Thrive & Bloom is a non-commercial community project, inspired by the beauty of our surroundings and the calming atmosphere of our nursery. Our goal is to combine this peaceful setting with the knowledge of local wellness experts to support health and well-being throughout our community.

In our welcoming wellbeing space; The Loft, we host a series of informal talks on the last Thursday of each month. These sessions are an introduction to a variety of topics related to mental and physical wellness, offering practical advice and gentle support for dealing with the pressures of modern life.

All talks are offered for free, no charges are involved. It’s a space built on trust, where everyone’s privacy and confidentiality is respected.
