Discover how journaling can support your wellbeing in this guided session with Heidi Jones, Health & Wellness Coach, held in the peaceful setting of The Loft.
As the days grow lighter and nature comes into full bloom, this is a natural moment to pause and reflect. Guided journaling offers a simple way to slow down, clear the mind, and reconnect with what matters most. Heidi has spent over a decade supporting women to realign their priorities and reconnect with what brings them genuine joy, wellbeing, and fulfilment. Journaling has been central to her own journey, helping her gently uncover fears, build clarity, and explore new possibilities. She now shares these practices as an open invitation, encouraging reflection without pressure or expectation.
This session is designed for both beginners and those looking to deepen their practice. Through thoughtful prompts and gentle guidance, Heidi will help you move beyond surface-level writing—encouraging deeper reflection, fresh perspective, and creative flow. There will be space to write freely, explore new ideas, and notice what’s asking for attention this season. If getting started has ever felt difficult, this is a relaxed and supportive environment to begin, without pressure or expectation.
